Erzgebirgshotel Freiberger Hoehe - Eppendorf (Saxony)

Great location, only a short drive from the main road and surrounded by picturesque mountains. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet which had a variety of options to choose from.

This made us feel uneasy, especially with kids around.

The hotel was situated in a beautiful area with stunning views of the nearby mountains. the room was clean and tidy with basic amenities available; nothing fancy but comfortable enough for a short stay. the bathroom was spacious and equipped with all the necessary toiletries. the breakfast spread offered a variety of options, especially for meat lovers. the staff was polite and helpful, though a little slow at times.

The check-in process was a bit of a hassle as the receptionist was not available and the lady from the restaurant was not trained to handle the situation. We had to wait for almost 40 minutes until the receptionist arrived, which ruined our plans for the evening.

The hotel room was comfortable and well-equipped with modern features. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was situated near local amenities and attractions. the breakfast menu offered a variety of delicious options.

There were some disappointments during our stay. When we arrived, the receptionist wasn't available and we had to wait for quite some time for her to arrive.
